Stainless steel stock pots are fabricated from high quality stainless steel AISI 304 / CrNi 18/10, by welding. The three-layer bottom type "sandwich" ("SB") reduces energy consumption by evenly dsistributing heat across its entire surface.
Tthickness of the sandwich bottom:
Body AISI 304 -1.5 mm, aluminum -3 mm, disk AISI 430 - 0.6 mm;
*Compatible with induction cooker.
