Kitchenware made of stainless steel X5CrNi 18/10. Wall thickness - 0.8 mm.
Before using the purchased dish, you should wash it with warm water, a sponge and detergent for household dishes and utensils. Dry with a soft cloth immediately after washing to preserve the shine of the dish. Limestone stains or blue-white stains that may remain after cleaning the bottom can be easily removed with a few drops of vinegar. Do not use preparations containing abrasive particles, pastes, gels, steel wire, etc. to clean the polished surfaces. Use high heat on the dishes only at the beginning. When near boiling point, reduce heat to "very low". Maintain this temperature until the end of cooking. Do not place an empty container on the heating source. In case of overheating, gradually reduce the heat. Overheating can cause housewares to turn blue-purple. This coloring does not change the functional qualities of the dishes, but it cannot be removed and the aesthetic appearance of the dish is disturbed. In no case do not fill the hot pot with cold water! When using cookware with metal handles on the stove, the heating temperature of the handles does not require the use of heat-resistant gloves or mittens. The use of dishes with a sandwich bottom reduces energy consumption and ensures even contact with the heating plates.
